Tzimon Barto with Brahms Piano Concertos in Hong Kong and Malmo

The new concert season leads Tzimon Barto to the Far East on October 6th and 7th. In Hong Kong, he will play the Brahms Piano Concerto no. 2 under the direction of Christoph Eschenbach with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. The technical demands on the soloist as well as the drama of the concerto show off Brahms late work. Tzimon Barto has mastered the bravura, making him a great Brahms interpreter.

Tzimon Barto then travels to Sweden, where he plays Brahms Piano Concerto no. 1 on October 12th under the direction of Mario Venzago with the Malmo Symphony Orchestra. The work is characterized by contrast, which also applies to Tzimon Barto, reflected in the particular color,  expression and intensity of his interpretation.
