Tzimon Barto in Mainz and Berlin

Tzimon Barto has come to Germany this week for a series of engagements.
At the weekend he will first play two concerts with the Staatsorchester Mainz, performing Dvorak’s Piano Concerto.
On Sunday, he will present Johann Sebastian Bach’s 1st volume of the Well-Tempered Clavier at the Von-Busch-Hof Konzertant in Freinsheim.
He will then travel on to Berlin, from where he can be heard live on WDR on Monday 13th at 16:30 and live on rbb at 17:00.
The following day, he will present a selection from both volumes of the Well-Tempered Clavier at the Piano Salon Christophori.
The same is also scheduled for Wednesday at the KulturKaufhaus Dussmann. The event there will be complemented by an on-stage conversation with Tzimon Barto and will celebrate the release of a limited edition gift box including Tzimon Barto’s recording of the Well-Tempered Clavier on CDs and LPs as well as texts by Irene Dische and Christoph Eschenbach, among others.
