On September 2nd Tzimon Barto will be in Aachen to play Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a theme by Niccoló Paganini op.43 under the direction of Christopher Ward. In his unconventional interpretation of this romantic composition, Barto convinces again with his differentiated contrasts in attack and stylistic as well as emotional expression.
Romanticism continues at the Alte Oper Frankfurt on September 16th and 17th. There, Barto performs Brahms’ Piano Concerto No.2 in B flat Major op. 83 together with the Frankfurter Museumsorchester under the baton of Lawrence Foster. Tzimon Barto is an all-round talent whose interpretations are touching as well as exciting. Aachen and Frankfurt can look forward to impressive concert experiences!
